Job Summary

AAsys Technologies LLC is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Data Scientist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions that drive business value and operational efficiency. This role requires strong technical expertise in data science, AI technologies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire, integrate, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple sources for analytical and machine learning applications.
• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data preparation activities to improve model performance and data quality.
• Design, develop, train, validate, and optimize machine learning models to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.
• Develop Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and related AI technologies.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to improve information retrieval and response accuracy.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and AI workflows to support business applications.
• Analyze text-based and unstructured data using NLP techniques for classification, summarization, information extraction, and content generation.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered applications that operationalize machine learning and Generative AI capabilities.
• Build and maintain APIs and data services that support AI-driven business solutions.
• Integrate machine learning and AI models with enterprise systems, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Deploy machine learning and AI models into production environments and monitor performance, reliability, and effectiveness.
• Support model optimization, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate analytical findings and business insights.
• Present analytical results and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and solution summaries.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to identify opportunities for leveraging AI and machine learning solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, data science, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and data analytics tools.
• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Experience building APIs and integrating AI/ML solutions with enterprise applications and cloud environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
