Job Summary
AAsys Technologies LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to lead the successful execution of enterprise IT projects for our clients. This role is critical in managing timelines, budgets, cross-functional teams, and client communications to ensure high-impact technology solutions are delivered on time and within scope.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, demonstrates strong leadership, and is passionate about applying Agile and traditional project management methodologies to solve complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver new and complex high quality solutions to client's in response to varying business requirements.
- Responsible for managing scope, planning, tracking, change control of the project.
- Real time experience in managing VMS portal.
- Negotiating Contract, agreement for project plan, Project Definition Report, Audit requirements, etc.
- Infrastructure Project Management with good grasp of PMI methodologies
- Provide direction to the technical project managers and project teams.
- Support and implement standards tools and process for business units.
- Lead, mentor, Initiate, track, and manage Transition phases.
- Consistent and proven ability to develop and lead process improvement programs that produce long-term performance enhancement.
- identify priorities and achieve measurable results to support organizational service transition.
- Develop communication protocol and sound governance system.
- Develop stakeholder map and manage them accordingly.
- Develops tactical and strategy solutions to improve operations.
- Provide reporting, incident analysis, trend analysis and resolution for a large scale or multiple applications.
- Ensures technical issues or concerns are addressed and mitigated. Represents the needs of technical and management staff with partners and customers.
- Validate Major Incidents, assess major incidents impact in a timely manner and manage authorize recovery actions and plans for Major Incidents.
- Execute escalations as defined in the Standard Major Incident Management Process including Executive Alert notification.
- Ensure that accurate timelines of recovery plans and activities on Major Incidents are documented.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing software development or IT infrastructure projects, ideally in a consulting or client-service environment.
- Strong understanding of both Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (Waterfall) project management frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency with project tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
- PMP, CSM, or related certifications are a strong plus.
